  A half-mile swim in Whately's Tri-Town Beach pond. A man-made, spring-fed pond. The course is out and back.
  
  Bike
  14 miles through the beautiful Town of Whately. Ride by farmland and fields as well as over some nice rolling hills with views of the mountains. Gorgeous, scenic ride.
  
  Run
  3 mile run out and back. Fairly flat road course.
