• Description: The Trinity Bikes Rat Race is an exciting multi-sport event showcasing the unique landscape of Redmond, Oregon. This is a pool-based sprint triathlon (with an optional duathlon) that is centered around Redmond's Cascade Swim Center. The race consists of a 500 meter swim, a 12 mile bike ride and a 5k run. Both individual and team competitors are welcome. The duathlon portion of the race will consist of the ride then run format. Also available is the Lil' Rat Kids Race.
  
  The proceeds from this volunteer organized event will benefit Redmond Area Parks and Recreation Department.
