• Description: The half distance triathlon features a 1.2 mile 1-lap clockwise rectangle swim along the beach, while the duathletes are running an out & back 5k on the bike trail, followed by a spectacular 2-lap 56mi bike course through the countryside surrounding the park and finishing with a 2-lap out & back 13.1 mile run on the bike trail to the turnaround before returning for a grand finish at the park.
