  • Description: Mostly flat 5k through Cambridge from Central Square towards Harvard Square and back.

    USATF Certified 5K course.

    Top 3 Overall Men and Women
    Top 3 in each age group of Men & Women :-
    15 and under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over

    Costume Awards:
    Top Female, Runner-Up Female
    Top Male, Runner-Up Male

    Fantastic Four - To be eligible team must consist of four runners in same or coordinated costumes

    Magnificent Seven - To be eligible team must consist of seven runners in same or coordinated costumes

    Technical T Shirts are guaranteed for anyone who registers.

    Walkers are most welcome. Please start at back of pack and allow runners at the front.

    Participants with jogging strollers should start at the back of the pack. Please keep to the far left and alert runners when passing.

    For the safety of runners and spectators, dogs (with the exception of assisting service dogs) are not permitted to participate in this event.

    On the Rise
    On The Rise is a non-profit organization in Cambridge, MA, a day program for women who are homeless or in crisis. On the Rise use a relational model designed to offer respect, dignity, connection, information, guidance and hope to women who have fallen through the cracks of our social service system. They meet each woman where she is, help her build on her strengths, and partner with her on her journey from surviving, to living, to thriving.
