• Description: This is a User Friendly Triathlon designed to accommodate beginners and seasoned athletes alike. We hold a simultaneous 5K Run/Walk embedded in the event. The Triathlon can be done as individuals as a team. If ocean swimming is intimidating to you we will allow you to use assist devices such as mask, snorkel and fins if you need to. You will not be penalized, but you also will not be allowed to win 1st, 2nd or 3rd Pl. The bike may be done with a road or mountain bike, helmets required for safety reason.
