• Description: Swim Course: 300 yd pool swim. The swim will be a time trial start snake swim. This means one swimmer will get in the pool every 20 seconds swim down and back in the lane go under the lane rope and repeat all the way across the pool.
  
  Bike Course: This course is 2 loops on rolling hills.
  
  Run Course: The Run Course is 2 out and backs through the neighborhood.
