  • Description: 1500 Meter swim in Olson Lake; wave start beginning at 7:00 AM. Waves go off at 3 minute intervals.

    40 km bike on public roads northeast of the park. The course has some tough hills.

    The run is within Rock Cut State Park and is challenging. The first three miles includes rolling hills. The course flattens out after that except for the last 1/2 mile.
