• Description: Based at Moyles Court School for parking, transition and finish area, we are using nearby Ellingham Lake as the venue for the swim section: beautifully clean and sheltered!
  
  After a long run to transition (wetsuits can either be worn or bagged at the swim exit), the bike will take in rolling terrain across the north of the New Forest (all on road) 1lap route.
  
  The run course is out-and-back, almost entirely off-road on good surfaces and the occasional hill to keep it interesting!
