• Description: Swim Course:
  The course consist of a .25 mile swim which will be a one turn v shaped course in a privately owned lake located at 10391 Rd 614 Philadelphia, Ms. 39350. We will have a 5 second interval start according to estimated swim times.
  
  Bike Course:
  The bike course is an out and back loop consisting of 18 miles of rolling hills, with a couple of prettty good climbs along with some really fast spots. The course is well marked and there will be support staff at each intersection. The bike ends back at the lake.
  
  Run Course:
  The run is a 5k out and back. There will be an aid station located at mile one offering gatorade and water. Cool sponges are also offered to help beat the heat at the turn around!
