• Description: The London and Area Running Association (LARA) is a not-for-profit organization established to promote distance running as a lifelong activity and to facilitate the development of high performance athletes and coaches within the sport. LARA goals include developing Youth-oriented programming, ensuring the availability of racing opportunities, and increasing awareness of and participation in our sport at the grass-roots level. The LARA will utilize proceeds to help ensure high-performance athletes are properly supported in their pursuit of representing Canada internationally and competing at the Olympics.
