• Description: The race will start in our 25-meter indoor where you swim for 10 minutes and laps are counted.
  
  Then you will transition to the spinning bikes in the aerobic room and bike for 30 mins.
  
  After completing the bike, you will proceed to a treadmill for 20 minutes. (Spinning shoes or running shoes acceptable for spinning.
