  • Description: The Cooney Duathlon is the 1st race is the GLM Just Du IT Duathlon Series. The series consists of 4 races and series championships are awarded at the end of the series.

    The Event consists of a 2 mile run, a 21 mile bike and a 2 mile run. The transition area and the finish line are at Silver Lake Intermediate School in Oconomowoc.
