• Description: Athletes will start on the beach at Waterworks Park for the 250 yard swim.
  Then they will bike North on B street until they turn right and head West on 185th Street. They will continue on 185th Street when it intersects with Pleasant Plain Road, where they will turn around and take the same path back to Waterworks Park (6 miles).
  To finsh the race, participants will run one lap on the trail around the lake (1.3 miles )
