• Description: The event will be on closed roads, in a non-drafting race format, catering for individuals and relay teams of all abilities.
  
  The event will consist of a 1500m swim in Lough Neagh, a 40k cycle (25 miles) of a 4 lap course and a final challenge of a 10k run comprising another 4 lap course. Both the cycle and run sections will take competitors through the marina area thus allowing spectator participation.
  
  Competitors can also complete the challenge as part of a relay team made up of 3 members, 1 swimmer, 1 cyclist and 1 runner.
