• Description: The event will consist of an INDOOR 300 yard swim, an OUTDOOR 15 mile bike ride (helmets required), and an OUTDOOR 5K run. The swim and transition area will be outside, weather permitting; otherwise it will be held in the Dale Howard Family Activity Center. You can compete as an individual or as a member of a relay team. All participants will receive a spectacular Panther Pride t-shirt. Participants and their families are also invited to the "best post-party ever"!
