• Description: This race will be a night Urban race starting at 7:30pm. This race is hosted by the Kearney Parks and Recreation Dept. and Angry Cow Adventures This race will be a double point race for those competing in the Angry Cow Series Location:New Senior Center Yanney Park Check in / gear check: 5:00pm Race Start: 7:30pm Short Course–1-2 Hours Long Course–3-4 hours Disciplines will be riding (mountain bike or hybrid only) road bikes will not be allowed!, navigation, map reading, running/trekking, water events and a few team challenges. Divisions:Men, Women, Co-ed, Masters (40+) 2 or 3 person teams Fees:$40 per person–short course $60 per person long course by Sept. 1 to recieve a long sleeved t-shirt. $10 additional per entry will be added after Sept. 1. Fees include: shirts, prizes, awards, food and insurance. Required Individual gear: mountain bike (no road bikes), helmet, hydration pack w/40 bladder or 2 water bottles, blinking red light, bike head light or helmet head light. Team gear: notpad w/ pencil, zip lock bags, tire pump, bike multi-use tool, first aid kit, one cell phone with photo capabilties.
