• Description: The fourth annual Fairgrounds 5K is scheduled for Sunday, November 7, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. on the Iowa State Fairgrounds! Runners, joggers, and walkers will experience the Iowa State Fairgrounds’ park-like setting without the hustle and bustle of the Fair. The route will highlight the essentials: Grand Avenue, Rock Island, the Campgrounds, and more.
  
  The 5K is open to all age groups. The entry fee is $20 before October 22, $25 after for late registration, and $30 on race day. The entry fee includes a race t-shirt and goodie bag.
