• Description: Help Seattle's most vulnerable residents get the health care they need by participating in and fundraising for this year's Pumpkin Push!
  
  Choose from the 5K Run or 2 Mile Family Walk:
  â–ºThe 5K Run will be timed using IPICO Sports Technology on a USATF certified course that brings you through the upper and lower loops of the park.
  â–ºThe 2 Mile Family Walk loops the outer circle of the park and provides beautiful views of Lake Washington and the Cascades.
  â–ºBoth routes promise to deliver great views of creative Halloween costumes!
  
  Registration:
  Registration is $25 by mail at participating running stores (see printable brochure) or online.
  Day of registration is $35. Children 13 years and under are free and encouraged to raise donations. All participants will receive a long-sleeved Pumpkin Push t-shirt.
  
  Help us close the gap in health care by raising $200 or more, and be eligible to run a $200, $100 or $50 gift certificate to Whole Foods Market. All proceeds from Pumpkin Push benefit homeless programs at Neighborcare Health, where in 2009, we provided health care to 5,656 homeless adults, children and unaccompanied youth.
