• Description: An early season race, the Siskiyou Sprint Triathlon offers experienced and first time triathletes a safe & community supported event to engage in a fun and friendly, competitive atmosphere. This event begins with a dip in the olympic size pool at Southern Oregon University, transitions on bike through the scenic City of Ashland and out onto rural country roads. The final segment, the run, takes participants along the paved Bear Creek Recreational path on an out and back course finishing at the Ashland Tennis & Fitness Club. Participants then get to enjoy a fresh BBQ, music and celebration of awards. This event has been built to help support the ATFC Youth Sports Inc, a local organization fostering youth involvement in sports, health & wellness lifestyle activities.
