• Description: The swim starts and finishes at Egg Harbor Lake. The water is clean and calm with no current.
  
  The bike is on Fast and Flat country roads. Mostly on the same roads as the old course. There will be volunteer marshalls at every turn and at cross roads.
  
  The run is two loops through woods on hard pack off road dirt.
