  "Both the 10K and the 3K start and finish in front of the Peabody School, which is located right on Stanton Park at 5th and C Streets NE, in Washington, D.C. The school is three blocks from Union Station. The kids' fun run goes around Stanton Park.
  
  The race is the ONLY race run entirely though historic Capitol Hill. The course takes you along Massachusetts Avenue, around Lincoln Park, down East Capitol Street to RFK Stadium, then back up East Capitol (with a slight jig to Pennsylvania Avenue) to and around the U.S. Capitol.
  
  The 10K is a fast, USATF-certified course that features ChronoTrack Timing, Mile Splits and water stations. "
