• Description: This season opener is set in Oak Mountain State Park, a picturesque 9,940-acre park. The courses for both distances are challenging but not extraordinarily difficult.
  
  Run Course: Watch for deer as you run on beautiful and peaceful park roads. The Standard distance also includes about 0.6 miles on a fairly flat and smooth trail.
  
  Bike Course: This out and back course through the park is scenic with a few rolling hills, but nothing too steep or crazy.
