  Every participant will begin at the Urbandale City Swimming Pool at 7201 Aurora Ave., Urbandale, IA 50322 (located next to the high school). The swim section will be completed first.
  Next section of the race will be at Aspen Athletic Clubs at 4100 Merle Hay Road to complete the bike and then the run sections of the race.
  Note: Each portion of the event will be timed and added to give a total time. Travel times between events are not recorded.
  
  Packet information pickup is Wednesday, February 9th 5-8:30pm.
  (If you cannot make the pick up time on Wednesday, you can pick them up during open hours at the Urbandale City Swimming Pool on Thursday, February 10th.)
  No packets are to be picked up after Thursday, February 10th at 9:00pm.
  No refunds will be given.
  
  Entry Fee:
  Individuals $50.00
  Teams $80.00
  Fee includes: long sleeve t-shirt, trophies for winners of each age category and a two hour swim party for all participants and their families at the Urbandale City Pool. Make checks payable to Urbandale City Swimming Pool. You’ll be notified of your assigned start time with your packet pick up. Lockers and showers are available at the Urbandale City Swimming Pool. Bring your own lock and towel. Entries are limited to the first 50 teams and/or individuals.
  
  Distances:
  Swim – 500 yards
  Bike - 10 miles on stationary bikes
  Run – 5 K on tread mills
  
  Awards:
  Awards will be given for top male and female in each age division and award for top team.
  Results and awards will be presented at the Urbandale City Swimming Pool after the last competitor or relay team has finished and results are calculated. The swimming party will start immediately after the Awards are presented.
  
  Starting Times:
  Every 15 – 25 minutes beginning at 6:00am. (Times are assigned in your packets. Please be punctual.)

  â–º 31-40 years â–º 51 and over
