  • Description: SWIM: Triathletes will compete along the shore of Alum Creek State Park. Olympic Distance competitors will swim 1500 meters and Sprint Distance competitors will swim 750 meters.

    BIKE: The bike course consists of a 12.4 mile ride around Alum Creek. Olympic Distance competitors will race a DOUBLE loop and the Sprint Distance competitors will race a single loop.

    RUN: The run course includes a scenic view high atop Alum Creek State Park. Olympic Distance competitors run 10K and Sprint Distance competitors run 5K.
