• Description: 20K - Loops and out-and-back on blacktop bike trails and county roads. One hill, elevation 90 ft, in the first mile. The course for 2008 is the same as 2007--fast and flat. 4 water stops (Gatorade and water) at miles 2,6,7.4,11.
  
  There is also a 2-Mile - Out and back course on Mayowood Road.
  
  Note:The 20k is an equalizer race and the men will be overtaking some of the women on the course, NO HEADPHONES WILL BE ALLOWED! Run to the right on the bike trail. When a runner behind you announces they are going to pass, let them pass unobstructed.
