• Description: Triathlantic is back! The group that brought you hundreds of duathlons, triathlons and adventure races eight years ago
  
  is back as RunningMaryland.com. We are once again involved in event management,
  
  but also cover Maryland running events like no one else ever has.
  
  
  
  Our first foray back into the multi-sport world is the Chesapeake Beach Duathlon, based out of Calvert County with a course
  
  that is scenic and breath taking.
  
  
  
  Both runs are along the Chesapeake Bay and the 23 mile challenging bike ride will take athletes through some of the most scenic
  
  and tree lined areas of Calvert County. Athletes may do the duathlon as an individual or a two person relay.
  
  
  
  The Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa will be our host headquarters and the event will take place across the street at the
  
  Northeast Community Center which will serve as race morning registration and the familiar and family invited post race Triathlantic
  
  party. The event will be USAT sanctioned so a USAT membership must be purchased beforehand
  
  or a one-day pass purchased on race day.
