• Description: The North Star Triathlon is a 300 yard indoor swim - snake format (participants need to submit accuarate 300 yard times). Contestants will exit pool and transition to bike staging area in front parking lot. 12 mile bike course - out and back - well marked and staffed with volunteers. 5K run starting and ending at transition area. Fairly flat, hardsurfaced road run.
