• Description: This clinic is designed to improve your swimming race performance by
  focusing on freestyle stroke technique and efficiency. You will receive
  individualized instruction and feedback from our professional coaches.
  In addition, a personalized video analysis of your stroke will help you
  better understand and implement recommended changes to any
  deficiencies. Clinic format includes videotaping, drill progression,
  stroke analysis, direct feedback, and overview of training strategies.
