• Description: This is the First Annual One Mile freshwater swim located at Lake Gardner in Amesbury MA…home of the Dam Triathlon! Prepare yourself for the 2011 Triathlon Season and start getting in your mileage now!
  Race Day & Packet Pickup
  
  Pre-Registration is $30 for all swimmers. Race Day is $35 for all swimmers. All waivers must be signed and all swimmers must have an ID with them on race day. Registration will open at 9am at Lake Gardner in Amesbury Ma.

  The swim will be an out an back race. Kayakers will be on the Lake at all times and bouys will be marked. Wetsuits are not mandatory, swim with or without! All swimmers are to be courteus of each other.
