• Description: Swim: 750 meter (approx. 0.47 mi). We have changed the swim this year to start at the State Park and end at the Sate Park. The swim will start in waves.
  
  Bike: 20 km (approx. 12.4 mi), flat course with a few rolling hills, quiet blacktop roads, road markings, road personnel assisting, with a double loop of the lake.
  
  Run: 5 km (approx. 3.1 mi), the run is a one way run on the beautiful Twin Lakes Recreation Trail and blacktop roads.
  
  Proceeds from this event will benefit the Twin Lakes Christian Center.
