• Description: The course is a 5.7 mile loop that takes you over, under, and through several obstacles. The course is flat, sandy and really, really muddy.
  
  This may be an individual event as well as a group event. Teams consist of 6 members. All team runners must have physical contact with a teammate as they cross the Start and Finish Lines.
