• Description: Since its inception the Hueytown 10K/5K has raised more than $25,000 for children in Western Jefferson County. The race staff is made up of volunteers which will allow all proceeds to go directly to area schools and charities.
  
  Every runner will run home with technical quick dry t-shirt and a goodie bag. Additionally, all age division winners will receive gift certificates to popular Alabama restaurants as well as the Trak Shak .
  
  This year early packet pick-up will be held 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. at Iron Works Fitness, 2801 Allison Bonnet Memorial Dr. Race registration can be made at this time as well.
