  (3) 10 Mile loops for 30 mile with fully stocked aid stations every 5 miles each loop. 10 milers do (1) loop with fully stocked aid stations every 5 miles.
  
  Course consists of roughly 75% rugged and hilly single track trails with (3) creek crossings per loop and 25% of the course consists of mile Illinois prairie fields.
