• Description: The swim course is a 1500 meter triangle, with athletes starting on the beach and swimming in a clockwise direction. Water temperatures have historically been in the low 80's this time of year and there is little to no current or chop.
  
  The 23 mile bike course takes athletes on a tour of the western tip of Lake Tobesofkee, the city of Lizella, and Bibb County. Road conditions are good, with very light traffic, and the terrain could be best described as rolling and fast. All turns are marked with pavement arrows and directional signs and volunteers/police at each intersection. Water bottle hand off will be near mile 11 on the bike. Please do not litter on the course, volunteers will pick up unwanted bottles around the hand-off zone ONLY!!
  
  The 10K course is a 2 loop out and back with lightly rolling terrain, where participants will be able to keep a keen eye on their competition. Aid stations will be placed at each mile where water and hammer products will be available. Mile markers will be present and volunteers will be at all turns and intersections.
