• Description: The 350 yard swim will be in the Benjamin Harrison YMCA pool. Participants will snake swim and will be seeded by their estimated 350 yard swim time given on the registration form.
  
  The 11 mile bike course will take participants through the beautiful Fort Benjamin Harrison. The course will have a few small hills and will present a challenging yet fun bike. It is a double loop that will start and finish at the YMCA.
