• Description: The swim course is set inside of Lake Dennison’s Day Use area while offering calm and clean conditions. It’s a great layout with huge white buoys that can’t be missed! The beach at Lake Dennison is a great area for spectators, family and friends.
  
  The new single loop bike course travels along smooth, safe roads into Winchendon Center and the City of Gardner. This new course as it has some great rolling terrain on scenic views of Central Massachusetts.
  
  The Run courses are an out and back style on park and local roads, offering lots of shade! Aid stations will be located throughout the course and Auto traffic is at a minimum for safe conditions. The run concludes at the transition area with a spectacular finish under Max’s 25-foot arch.
