  Swim: 1.2 mile open water swim in Lake Michgan from Cleveland's Hika Park. Time trial start. Short bike transition. Issued swim caps must be worn. Wetsuits are recommended.
  
  Bike: 56 mile out and back course with a double loop. Relatively flat bike course through Mantowoc County and southern Calumet County. Helmets meeting current USAT standards are mandatory.
  
  Run: 13.1 mile looped course. Water at 1.5 mile intervals. Finish at Diaryland Park (0.3 miles from swim/transition)
