• Description: Duathlon: "2-mile Trail Run, 7-mile MTB, 3-mile Trail Run. This event is designated for beginner athletes with some mountian biking experience and folks who don't want to swim. It is open for children ages 10+. Lots of amazing scenery on this course! Located at Hyalite Canyon with a backdrop of glaciated valleys and triangular peaks in the background. Lots of photo-ops for spectators since athletes pass through transition area 3 times. Delicious bar-b-que, a great raffle and groovy awards (pint glasses and growlers by Montana Ale Works) shortly following the event. This will be a chip timed event."
