• Description: The Inaugural Multi-Sport Life SUPER Olympic Triathlon begins at Grafton Lakes State Park Beach.
  
  The race starts with a beach run to two 0.5 mile laps of an open water swim in Long Pond.
  
  The road bike course is 30 mile loop with an incredible 8 mile downhill start. The bike course continues on 13 miles of flat rolling terrain, leading to an uphill country road climb that brings you back to the park.
  
  The 7 mile out and back run stays within the park, traveling on shaded country roads. The finish is at the beach in front of your family and fans. Feel free to enjoy the beach all afternoon!
  
  After the race,we will have awards and raffle prizes, and Brunswick BBQ and Brew!
