• Description: The swim takes place in beautiful White Bear Lake. Wave starts will be utilized with the first starting at 8:00 a.m. Expect race-day water temperature to be cool.
  
  The 14 mile bike course will take you out into Washington County to the community of Withrow. The routes are known to be scenic with many rolling hills.
  
  The 3 mile run will an out and back course all along beautiful White Bear Lake.
