  The “Bahrain Triathlon Challenge 2012” in support of ‘Kids with Cancer in Bahrain’.
  
  The event comprises a series of Three Triathlon Days and has taken place / will take place on the following dates:
  
  Saturday 13th October 2012; Venue: ‘Durrat AlBahrain’.
  
  Saturday 17th November 2012; Venue: ‘The Lagoon / Amwaj Islands’
  
  Friday 14th December 2012; Venue: ‘The Lagoon / Amwaj Islands
  
  Each event starts at 7 am and ends at around 12 noon same day; there are a number of events within each Triathlon Day to suit all ranges of ability and interest.
  
  The event proceeds will go towards supporting a very worthy cause in “Kids with Cancer in Bahrain”, a charity established to fund the needs, medical or otherwise, of this unfortunate group of children.
  
  Olympic & Sprint Triathlon: 16 years and above, both sexes, Individual or teams (of 2 or 3 athletes). (Prizes to individual/& team winners)
  
  Try a Tri (Juniors & Adults): 11 years and above – both sexes, Individual or teams (of 2 or 3 athletes).(Prizes to individual/& team winners)
  
  Walkathon: 11 years and above – both sexes. (no prizes)
  
  Prize Presentation: At 11:30 am same day.
