• Description: Double Road Racing is a new sport. We like to call it “The Double.” The first Double Road Race was recently held in the United States and drew 1400 runners to Pleasanton, California on Dec 23, 2012. It was a huge success and on that day, a new sport was born. The Double Road Race is a 15k distance race consisting of two legs (10k + 5k) with a halftime in between. It’s new, it’s innovative and the strategies for runners is uniquely different. It’s the only running event with a halftime that features The Recovery Zone.
