• Description: The athletes choose to complete a 5 or 2 kilometer Open Water Swim, followed by a 21, 14 or 7 kilometer run.
  
  The athletes also have the option only to do the 5 or 2 kilometer Open Water Swim.
  
  It's a timed race and the athletes will receive a separate Swim-time, Transition-time and Run-time. Our two swim courses are designed to fit all levels of Open Water Swimming and give the athletes an opportunity to experience a mass-start.
  
  The race takes place in The Royal National City Park which is within walking distance from downtown Stockholm and includes the bay Djurgårdsbrunnsviken and the canal Djurgårdsbrunnskanalen. Djurgårdsbrunnsviken was the site for the penthalon, rowing, diving, swimming and water-polo events at the 1912 Summer Olympics in Stockholm.
