• Description: The 400 yard open water swim in Lake Palourde will start at the pier adjacent to transition.
  
  The 14 mile bike course is an out and back on LA70. The course is flat and fast on newly paved roads.
  
  The run is 2 miles out and back with a short loop through the shaded area of Lake End Park finishing back at the transition area.
