• Description: Swim in Pool... bike age 4-8 in through a Park age 9-14 on Bike Path....Run on track in Stadium. Classy medals for all particpants and special designed Ashworth awards go 3 deep in each age group and for Boys/Girls. T-shirts for all participants. Good bags.

  Age 4-6: Swim 25 yards, Bike .33 mile, Run .25 mile
  
  Age 7-8: Swim 50 yards, Bike 1.76 miles, Run: .5 mile
  
  Age 9-10: Swim 100 yards, Bike 3 miles, Run .75 mile
  
  Age 11-12: Swim 150 yards, Bike 4 miles, Run 1 mile
  
  Age 13-14: Swim 200 yards, Bike 5 miles, Run 1.25 miles
  
  
  All proceeds benefit CASA/GAL of Miami County, an organization that works for the abused and neglected children of Miami county.
  
  Benefit night at Culvers in Troy on July, 16th from 5 to 8. Come and register, ask questions, see video of past years and come to eat as a % of proceeds that night will go to toward CASA/GAL of Miami County.
