• Description: The swim distance is 600 yards, which will start at the boat ramps. The swim will go straight out from the boat ramps, turn east, then back to the ramps. The 17 mile out and back bike course is mostly flat and very fast. The 3.3 mile out and back run will be hot but flat and will consist of an aid station at the turn around.
