  BIKE • 10.22 mile (2-loop crit style) Course is NOT CLOSED • Riders must obey rules of the road.
  
  SWIM • 400 yds There are 8 lanes total in the pool. In order to complete the 400 yd swim, each participant will have to swim one length up the pool and back in the same lane. So ... a total of 2 lengths per lane, for a total of 16 lengths in a 8 lane pool.
