• Description: Here at Birchwood lakes we try our hardest to create a family friendly environment with competition at the same time! The run and bike are on nice flat shaded roads. The roads are open to traffic but we will have police on the corners to stop traffic for therace. The swim is in deep fresh water that is well maintained, no muck! We ask you to join us in a barbeque after the race. We will have hamburgers, hotdogs, and drinks. This our sixth year running this event! It's always a good time, and it's low key. Race Distances: 1/2 mile swim; 13.2 mile cycle; 3.2 mile run.
