• Description: The LG Kids Tri Event will be divided into two age groups, 6 to 8 year olds and 9 to 12 year olds. Both groups will use the same course but the older kids will do extra laps that result in longer distances.
  
  6 to 8 year olds: 50 yd. swim (1 lap), 2.5 mile bike, 500 yd. run
  
  9 to 12 year olds: 100 yd swim (2 laps), 5 mile bike, 1 mile run
