  • Description: The Olympic distance triathlon features a 1500 meter 2-lap counter clockwise rectangle swim in Pleasant Hill Lake, while the duathletes are running a 5k trail run, followed by a single loop 40k bike course through the countryside surrounding the park and finishing with an epic 2-lap 10k trail run in Pleasant Hill Lake Park before returning for a grand finish at the beach area.
